Kassia Clifford

Chief Change Maker

Kassia Clifford is an information security consultant, who helps startups achieve their SOC 2 and information security firms market strategically.

After a decade of leadership experience across sectors; non-profits, department of defence, education institutions, private national companies… security found her.

Kassia has served as a Director of Marketing and Sales Enablement with a Security Awareness and Risk Mitigation PaaS, helping highly regulated industries and fortune 500 financial institutions align to the NIST framework. As Director of Sales and Marketing with an application security firm, she helped high-growth scale-ups and some of North America’s top security companies transition to pen-testing as a service (PTaaS).

One to get her hands dirty, Kassia became a Security and Compliance Manager, building a SOC 2 program from the ground up, helping one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies, demonstrate their posture to multinational pharmaceutical firms, publicly traded fortune 500s and Google.

A morale keeper, known for lightening the mood when the net gets dark, the Punisher also has a shadow side and can be found on the darkest of nights, staying up late eating junk.
